As permitted by law, TPPAC, Inc. maintains a non-contribution account for the purpose of influencing federal, state, and local elections. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contribution exceeds $200 in an election cycle. For contributions from federal committees, corporations, and labor unions - regardless of contribution amount - federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the committee’s name and address.
