MISSING: State of the Union Evaluation

Curator’s Note

This specimen exemplifies the post-victory feedback-solicitation genre within political fundraising artifacts. The email adopts a hybrid rhetorical structure that simultaneously celebrates a recent triumph, invokes the legacy of a deceased founder, and transitions into a data-harvesting mechanism framed as democratic participation. Of particular note is the careful legal scaffolding surrounding the "non-contribution account," which reveals the sophisticated regulatory navigation required of contemporary PAC communications. The survey functions as both genuine sentiment collection and a low-friction entry point for future donor cultivation.

Patriot,

This week’s State of the Union was historic: President Trump delivered an amazing speech. Bold, unfiltered, and unapologetically America First.

He laid out wins on borders, economy, and freedom, while calling out the radical Left's failures.

Erika Kirk was right there in the chamber, representing Turning Point's unbreakable spirit and Charlie's legacy. It was a powerful moment for all of us fighting for real conservative values.

We want to hear from America's fiercest patriots like you: What fired you up? How does this shape our fight for 2026?

Take 2 minutes to share your thoughts in our quick survey.

Your responses will help guide Turning Point PAC's ground game as we chase ballots and secure midterms victories!

Non-Contribution Account (For TPPAC, Inc.’s Expenditures Other Than Direct Contributions to Federal Committees)

As permitted by law, TPPAC, Inc. maintains a non-contribution account for the purpose of influencing federal, state, and local elections. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contribution exceeds $200 in an election cycle. For contributions from federal committees, corporations, and labor unions - regardless of contribution amount - federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the committee’s name and address. State and local law may require us to collect and report additional information.

Contributions to this account may be used to influence federal elections by making independent expenditures in support of or in opposition to federal candidates. Additionally, in state and local jurisdictions that permit non-individual type (e.g., corporate) contributions directly to candidates and/or committees, contributions to this account may be used for both independent expenditures and direct contributions to candidates and/or committees, as permitted by state and local law.

Individuals, federal committees, corporations, and labor unions may contribute to TPPAC, Inc.’s non-contribution account without limit. Contributions by national banks, foreign nationals (without lawful permanent resident status), and other foreign entities (e.g., foreign corporations) are prohibited. Contributions to TPPAC, Inc.’s non-contribution account are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Paid for by Turning Point PAC, Inc. (www.tppac.com) and not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.
