Patriot,

We were honest with you heading into the new year: We needed $250,000 to supercharge our ballot chaser initiative.

The far Left's dark money machine never sleeps—and neither do we.

We fell short on New Year's Eve... but we’re so confident that American Patriots like you will step up and help us prepare for our biggest year yet.

That's why we're EXTENDING the Year-End Blitz deadline just a few more days—to give patriots like you the chance to push us over the top.

2026 is the most CRUCIAL year yet. Socialists are gearing up to steal back Congress and undo everything we fought for in 2024.

We can't let that happen.

Your gift today—$10, $25, $50, or whatever you can rush during this extension—will fund the precinct-level ground game that wins when the odds are stacked against us.

We're playing catch-up... but with YOU, we'll not only hit $250K—we'll build unbreakable momentum for the battles ahead.

Non-Contribution Account (For TTPAC, Inc.’s Expenditures Other Than Direct Contributions to Federal Committees)

As permitted by law, TTPAC, Inc. maintains a non-contribution account for the purpose of influencing federal, state, and local elections. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contribution exceeds $200 in an election cycle. For contributions from federal committees, corporations, and labor unions - regardless of contribution amount - federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the committee’s name and address. State and local law may require us to collect and report additional information.

Contributions to this account may be used to influence federal elections by making independent expenditures in support of or in opposition to federal candidates. Additionally, in state and local jurisdictions that permit non-individual type (e.g., corporate) contributions directly to candidates and/or committees, contributions to this account may be used for both independent expenditures and direct contributions to candidates and/or committees, as permitted by state and local law.

Individuals, federal committees, corporations, and labor unions may contribute to TTPAC, Inc.’s non-contribution account without limit. Contributions by national banks, foreign nationals (without lawful permanent resident status), and other foreign entities (e.g., foreign corporations) are prohibited. Contributions to TTPAC, Inc.’s non-contribution account are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Paid for by Turning Point PAC, Inc. (www.tppac.com) and not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.

Curator’s Note

This specimen continues Turning Point PAC’s early-cycle mobilization pattern, following earlier solicitations catalogued on 2026-05-31, 2026-05-30, 2026-05-24, 2026-05-16, 2026-05-15, 2026-05-14 and preceding dates. The email deploys the recurring “ballot chaser” and “precinct-level ground game” rhetoric to reframe a missed fundraising target as a renewed patriotic duty. Of particular note is the extension of the Year-End Blitz deadline into 2026, an unusual temporal slippage that transforms a conventional end-of-year ask into an ongoing mobilization narrative. The disclaimer reveals this is a non-contribution account for TTPAC, Inc., permitting unlimited contributions from corporations and unions for independent expenditures.
