Patriot,

The chaos in Minnesota is OUT of control: Far-left protesters are waging outright insurrection against ICE agents enforcing our laws.

These radicals are violently defending illegal immigrants who flood our communities, strain resources, and threaten our sovereignty.

This is no peaceful demonstration—it's a direct assault on the rule of law, with over 1,500 troops on standby as President Trump threatens the Insurrection Act to restore order in sanctuary cities like Minneapolis.

It’s become crystal clear. Democrats care more about appeasing the radicals in their party who put violence and disorder before the rule of law and the lives of the American people.

We can't let these radicals win.

Turning Point PAC stands with President Trump’s bold plan to secure our borders, deport dangerous illegal criminals, and end this madness once and for all.

The 2026 midterms threaten to undo all of the work President Trump, DHS, and ICE have been doing to secure our borders and protect Americans.

Patriot, YOU are our best shot at keeping a conservative majority that will continue to secure the borders and restore law and order.

Stand with us on the frontlines in the fight to close our borders and save the America First majority this year.

SAVE THIS COUNTRY

Let's restore the rule of law.

For America,

Non-Contribution Account (For TTPAC, Inc.’s Expenditures Other Than Direct Contributions to Federal Committees)

As permitted by law, TTPAC, Inc. maintains a non-contribution account for the purpose of influencing federal, state, and local elections. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contribution exceeds $200 in an election cycle. For contributions from federal committees, corporations, and labor unions - regardless of contribution amount - federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the committee’s name and address. State and local law may require us to collect and report additional information.

Contributions to this account may be used to influence federal elections by making independent expenditures in support of or in opposition to federal candidates. Additionally, in state and local jurisdictions that permit non-individual type (e.g., corporate) contributions directly to candidates and/or committees, contributions to this account may be used for both independent expenditures and direct contributions to candidates and/or committees, as permitted by state and local law.

Individuals, federal committees, corporations, and labor unions may contribute to TTPAC, Inc.’s non-contribution account without limit. Contributions by national banks, foreign nationals (without lawful permanent resident status), and other foreign entities (e.g., foreign corporations) are prohibited. Contributions to TTPAC, Inc.’s non-contribution account are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Paid for by Turning Point PAC, Inc. (www.tppac.com) and not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.

Curator’s Note

This specimen continues Turning Point PAC’s early-cycle mobilization pattern, following earlier solicitations catalogued on 2026-05-31, 2026-05-30, 2026-05-24, 2026-05-16, 2026-05-15, 2026-05-14 and preceding dates. The email deploys the recurring “insurrection” frame to transform localized protest activity into a national existential threat, positioning the 2026 midterms as the decisive front in the border-security narrative. Of particular note is the rhetorical escalation from “chaos” to “outright insurrection” to “direct assault on the rule of law,” which establishes a three-act narrative structure that culminates in a non-contribution account solicitation. The disclaimer-rich footer reveals the hybrid nature of the vehicle: TTPAC, Inc.’s non-contribution account may be used for both independent expenditures and, where permitted, direct contributions.
